No-Cook Almond Butter Pudding

Instructions

  1. After measuring all ingredients, soften the almond butter for a few seconds in the microwave. Add 5 g of the whipped cream and stir very well to “loosen” the almond butter. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and serve.
  2. Notes: You can recalculate the recipe to use different nut butters.
